Privacy Notice

When you join the waitlist: your name, email address, the challenge you select, and your company name (contractors) or trade (carpenters). Your phone number is optional.

When you book a research interview: your name, email address, and any notes you add. Booking is handled by Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.

When you visit the site: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, how long visits last, and general information such as your device, browser, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to do this.

• To schedule and run research interviews.
• To understand how people use this site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use outside services to operate this site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database that stores waitlist signups), Cal.com (interview scheduling), Google Analytics (site usage), and Google Fonts (the typeface used on this site, which means your browser requests it from Google). These services process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you gave us, or remove you from the waitlist, by emailing hello@hiringhall.co.

To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use Google’s browser add-on or an ad blocker.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
